Last year I bought the Cruzr Archon saddle and a seeker platform to replace my previous saddle. I had a bit of sticker shock I must say but several people I trust highly recommended it for their light weight and more importantly the comfort. After a full season behind me I can say without reservation this is the most comfortable saddle bar none. The platform design compliments it perfectly. All day sits are not a problem. This year I bought the day pack and so far I’m am very pleased. I haven’t taken it to the field yet so no definitive judgement. I highly recommend the saddle and so far I happy with the pack. I hunt the national forest mountains of Virginia. I wouldn’t have it any other way. This rugged back country is home. With that said, packing a stand miles back can be cumbersome…. Especially when you plan on packing a buck out. While hunting on the ground has its advantages it also has its limitations. This being my first saddle I’ve ever owned and simple put, this is a “GAME CHANGER.” I climbed towers for 9 years and I’m a lineman now so climbing is comfortable to me. At times too comfortable. This system her will keep you safe, I have no hesitation I could hang in this waiting on a deer all day. Light, compact, quiet, comfortable is an understatement.
